Meet Yantong
🌿 Tai Chi Instructor: Yantong Zhao is a dedicated Tai Chi practitioner with over two decades of experience. Having attended a Taoist internal strength training camp in Wudang Mountain in China, he has immersed himself in Tai Chi, Qigong, and meditation. He has not only mastered the art of Tai Chi but also holds a deep knowledge of Tai Chi principles and understanding of its profound impact on holistic well-being.

With over 20 years of Tai Chi practice and five years of teaching experience in the Greater Chicago Area and as a certified Tai Chi instructor, Yantong brings a wealth of knowledge and authenticity to Lakeview Tai Chi. He currently teaches Tai Chi & Qigong classes at the Lakeview YMCA and Tai Chi classes at Truman College in Chicago.
